Martinez Law PA is a full-service law firm located in Coral Gables that provides legal services throughout the state of Florida. MLPA is owned by Christopher Martinez, a seasoned litigator with a decade of experience representing clients in legal disputes.
Mr. Martinez began his career with a renowned first-party property insurance litigation firm, where he helped secure millions of dollars in insurance benefits for the firm’s clientele. During this time, Mr. Martinez assisted in more than 30 trials and hundreds of non-jury trials in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. From there, Mr. Martinez worked in the Miami office for an Am Law 200 law firm where he represented a wide variety of corporate and individual clients in civil litigation and arbitration matters involving complex business disputes, real estate, construction, trademark infringement, financial institutions, insurance, and condominium law.
Martinez Law PA was started to better serve the members of the South Florida community and provide focused, accessible, and effective representation. Since its inception, Mr. Martinez has helped his clients with various legal issues, including commercial disputes and debt collection, insurance claims, foreclosures, landlord/tenant issues, Lemon Law claims, corporate governance, condominium issues, and lawsuit defense.
A South Florida native, Mr. Martinez received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014 and is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida along with the Southern, Middle, and Northern District Courts of Florida, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. In his free time, he likes to golf, go on walks, and enjoy family time with his wife, son, and poodle.
